BOOKING INFORMATION
The house is booked on a weekly basis from Sat to Sat, but this
can be flexible depending on the Season. Arrival from 3 pm to
7 pm departure 10 am.
The price, per week, is fully inclusive of all taxes, final cleaning
and use of water, electricity and gas. Heating is extra and is
paid according to consumption.
Towels and all linen provided.
There is a welcome hamper of basics for all guests on arrival.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm a booking.
Payment should be made by wire bank transfer, cheques or credit card.
For reservations made more than 3 months in advance the balance
is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For reservations made less than 3 months in advance we require
the full prepayment.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are subject
to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount of the rental.
